Our session is confidential, meaning neither you nor I shall publish any part of it without the other's explicit permission. It will be recorded only with your permission.

Legal Agreement:

In having a reading with me, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors or entities release me, Lean Elice Jacobsen (LEJ), my employees and anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a reading that you received from me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I and anyone associated with me or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with me. You understand and agree that if you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against LEJ and any person associated with her as a result of LEJ’s actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless LEJ and all persons associated with her from any and all claims, actions, and/or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims. You agree that you engage in this reading at your own risk.

ONE LAST NOTE:

Finally, if we begin a reading and you are uncomfortable with the energy or information coming forward, let me know if you want to end the session. Your money will be refunded, and we can both go our separate ways. Likewise, if you are not satisfied with this session, your money is completely refundable upon request within the following 24 hours.
